1 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 c. Crisco 1/4 c. cold water Enough berries to make pie or cobbler Mix flour, Crisco and water to make crust. Double the recipe for a pie, 4-6 batches for a large cobbler. To add a buttery flavor to crust mix in some buttery flavored Crisco and regular white Crisco together that equals the 1/2 cup ingredient. Bake at 350-375 degrees for approximately 1 hour. You may substitute cherry, apples, etc. for blackberries. |
