1 pastry shell 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 egg 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. ginger 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare 9-inch pastry shell. In large bowl, blend 16 oz. can of pumpkin, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, the nutmeg, ginger and salt. Pour into shell. Bake 50 to 55 minutes until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean, cool. Garnish with whipped cream and chopped nuts. |
