GREEN MANGO PIE
 

1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. flour
3 1/2 c. sliced green mango
1 tbsp. lime juice
Pastry for 2 crust pie

(Ripe mango may be substituted but reduce sugar). Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour. Add mango. Put in pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, and then 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
