GREEK CHEESE PIE (TYROPITA)
 

1 lb. Ricotta cheese
8 oz. jar honey
1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 lb. pkg. filo dough
3/4 lb. melted butter

Mix honey, sugar and cheese. Beat the eggs and add to the cheese mixture. Place one sheet of filo on bottom of 10 x 15 inch pan, butter the filo well and place another on top until 1/2 the filo is used. Make sure all the filo is buttered.

Put the cheese mixture in the center of the filo and spread evenly to cover the filo. Next, put a sheet of filo on top of the cheese mixture and butter it. Continue with the filo, butter, filo, butter, until all the filo is used up. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
