9 inch baked pie shell
2 pkg. chocolate pudding mix
1 sm. container Cool Whip

Make chocolate pudding according to package instructions. Cool 10 minutes. Pour into prepared pie shell. Cover with 1 sheet of wax paper and refrigerate 1 hour. Spread Cool Whip on top and refrigerate several more hours or overnight.
