MOLLY'S APPLE CREME PIE
 

1 (20 oz.) can pie-sliced apples
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 c. Marshmallow creme
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. raisins
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Drain apples, reserving 1 tablespoon liquid. Arrange apples in pastry shell. Combine Marshmallow Creme, reserved liquid and lemon peel and juice, mixing with wire whisk until well blended. Add raisins and mix well. Spread Marshmallow Creme mixture over apples. Combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over pie.
