HEATH BAR ICE CREAM PIE
 

9" graham crust
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
4 Heath bars, crushed
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup

Spoon half of softened (but not melted) ice cream into pie shell. Sprinkle half of the Heath bars on top. Cover with remaining ice cream. Freeze.

Combine in small saucepan sugar, milk, butter and corn syrup. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in other half of crushed Heath bars. Cool. Spoon over wedges. Very rich! Enjoy!
