1 c. sour cream
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. lemon rind or orange rind (can use lemon juice)
2 c. Cool Whip

Mix put. Put part in crust. Top with fruit if you want. Add rest of Cool Whip mixture on top of fruit. Chill.
