1 (9 inch) pie plate, buttered 5 or 6 apples, cut up 3/4 c. butter, melted 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. sugar 1 c. sugar
Put apples in pie plate and sprinkle with cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar. In a bowl mix 1 cup sugar, flour and butter. Add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix well and sprinkle over apples.
I think something is written wrong with this recipe. I'm thinking that there must be another liquid ingredient that's not listed, or else the measurement for the flour is listed wrong. There was no "pouring" the mixture over the apples. It came out like a raw cookie dough batter that I had to spread over the top of the apples. Was it supposed to be 1/2 c. of flour maybe? Or even just 1 Tblsp? It will be interesting to see how this turns out! :)

I made this recipe and it did come out with the doughy effect, however as it cooked (note I cooked for about an hour or so) it made the dough more of a filling consistency. It was very good flavor and I will bake it again. It wasn't sweet like a cookie dough, we put ice cream and or milk on it and everyone really complimented on it!

I made this and I think that it was very good except that there maybe should be more cinnamon.

I used this recipe and it came out SO good. I did put more cinnamon and sugar than it called for in the ingredients. This recipe is really really easy and came out so very yummy. I highly recommend it.
