PLUM COBBLER
 

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. oil

Grease pan. Mix all ingredients until crumbly. Take a little less than 1/2, pat into bottom of pan. Take Italian plums, pit them, slice in 1/2. Place them skin side up. Sprinkle rest of mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
