EASY RHUBARB PIE
 

2 c. rhubarb, chopped, or enough to fill pan
1 sm. pkg. strawberry jello
1 (9 inch) pie shell

CRUMBLE TOP:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. flour

Mix these three well.

Put rhubarb into pie shell. Sprinkle DRY strawberry jello on top of the rhubarb. Top with mixture of sugar, flour and butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until bubbly.
