1 1/2 lbs. peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 c. honey 1 tbsp. each cornstarch and water, stirred together 1 1/2 tbsp. butter Whole Wheat Topping Place peaches in 1 1/2 quart dish. Stir in lemon juice, honey and cornstarch-water mixture. Dot with butter. Prepare Whole Wheat Topping, drop by spoonfuls onto peach mixture. Bake at 400 degrees until puffy and richly browned, about 30 minutes. |
