SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE
 

1 pie shell
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Beat eggs with fork and add sugar, beat sugar and eggs until well blended. Slowly add sour cream to mixture, then add raisins, nuts, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Bake 40 minutes more at 350 degrees.
