VEGETABLE OIL PIE CRUST
 

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar

Spread above mixture over the bottom of a 9" pie pan. Measure 1/2 cup oil and 2 tablespoons milk into a measuring cup. Blend. Pour the liquid into the flour and stir with a fork to mix. (Add small amounts at a time.) Push dough over to bottom of the pan, toward the sides, with fingers, as evenly as you can. Chill for an hour then fill or bake for a one crust pie.
