DRUMSTICK ICE CREAM PIE
 

Graham crackers
1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. sugar
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
12 oz. chocolate chips
Crushed peanuts

Crush enough graham crackers for a 9 inch pie crust. Add peanut butter, butter, and sugar to crumbs. Place in 9 inch pie pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.

Press ice cream over crust in pan. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Cool slightly and pour over ice cream. Top with crushed peanuts. Put pie in freezer. To serve, remove from freezer 5 to 10 minutes before and cut into eight pieces.
