1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 carton mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 can fudge topping
1 container Cool Whip

Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into cake pan or pie plate. Slice ice cream and lay in crust to cover completely. Spread fudge topping over ice cream. Ice with softened Cool Whip. Freeze at least 2 hours.
