1 c. butter, melted 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 1/2 c. flour 1/3 c. cocoa 1 c. pecans 1 c. coconut Mix sugar, flour, stir in eggs and butter. Add pecans and coconut. Bake in 13x9 inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. While still hot, pour jar of marshmallow creme over cake. FROSTING: 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 box powdered sugar 1/3 c. cocoa 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla Melt sugar and cocoa. Add butter, milk and vanilla. When cake is completely cool, frost. This is sinfully rich!! |
