SIMPLE PIE CRUST		 

Cream together 1 cup sifted flour, 2/3 cup shortening or butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Then add: 1 cup sifted flour, 1/4 cup cold water. Mix well. Bake at 450 degrees until brown. Makes 1 double crust.
