MOM'S RHUBARB PIE
 

4 c. rhubarb
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream
1 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
Cinnamon
Unbaked pie shell

Mix eggs, cream, sugar, salt and flour.

Place rhubarb in pie shell. Pour cream mixture over rhubarb. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cool knife comes back clean when placed in the filling.
