3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. water 2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 sm. box strawberry Jello Pinch of salt Pie shell 1 pt. fresh strawberries 1 sm. container Cool Whip Mix sugar, water, cornstarch, Jello and salt. Cook over medium heat until thick stirring constantly. Pour mixture into baked pie shell. Add cut up strawberries. Refrigerate until firm. Top with Cool Whip just before serving. |
