TWINKIE PIE
 

10 Twinkies
1 lg. family size frozen strawberries (defrost)
1 lg. family size instant vanilla pudding mix (can be lemon or chocolate)
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped

Cut Twinkies open and line bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Pour strawberries over Twinkies. Mix pudding according to directions on the box and pour over Twinkies. Next, the chopped nuts and top with Cool Whip.

Tip: Use sugar-free pudding (instant) mix and angel food cake for a low cal dessert. Serves 15-20.
