FILLING: 1 (15 oz.) Eagle Brand milk 1/2 c. lemon juice 2 egg yolks GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST: 16 graham crackers, crushed (approx. 1 1/3 c.) 1/4 c. butter, melted 1/4 c. sugar FILLING: Blend all together. Pour into baked pie shell or a graham cracker pie crust. Top with either whipped cream or meringue. CRUST: Mix and press into 9" pie plate and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 10 minutes. |
