2 egg whites 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 1/4 c. sugar
Blend together the base, pour into a prepared pie shell and chill. While chilling, mix topping together until foamy and makes peaks. Put on top of base pie and brown in an oven.

I first had this pie 32 years ago when my mother-in-law introduced me to it... YUMMY!!!! I still make it for my husband on THANKSGIVING, and CHRISTMAS....it just reminds him of his mom... Its so yummy!!!!
