37 Oreo cookies
1/2 c. melted butter

Crush Oreos very fine with butter. Press into pan as a crust. 2 c. powdered sugar 8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix together and spread over layer one. 3 c. milk 1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding

Mix together and spread over layer two.

Spread Cool Whip over layer three. Top with crushed Oreo cookies (without butter).
