1 pie shell, baked 1 c. white sugar 1 c. boiling water 1 qt. strawberries 2 tsp. cornstarch 2 tsp. strawberry Jello Mix 1 cup white sugar; add 2 teaspoons cornstarch and 1 cup boiling water. Cook until thick, remove from heat and add 2 teaspoons strawberry Jello. Mix well. Cool. Put strawberries in pie shell. Pour cooled mixture over berries. Refrigerate several hours. Serve with Cool Whip. |
