2 baked pie crusts (deep)
4 c. sliced fresh strawberries
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cornstarch
6 tbsp. strawberry Jello
2 c. water
A few drops red food coloring

Mix last 6 ingredients and cook until thick. Pour over strawberries in baked pie crust. Makes 2 pies. Top with Cool Whip.
