Add 1 1/2 cups milk to chocolate Jell-O mix, stir for 1 minute. Add softened cream cheese and blend until smooth.
Fold in 1/2 tub of Cool Whip. Spread mixture evenly in pie crust and refrigerate until set.
Use remaining Cool Whip as pie topping.
