1 gal. green tomatoes, chopped 1 sm. head cabbage, finely chopped 1 lg. onion, finely chopped 2 lbs. sugar 1 qt. vinegar 2 tbsp. mixed pickling spices Wash tomatoes, cabbage and onions. Put pickling spice in cheesecloth bag. Mix all ingredients in large pan and boil on medium heat until thick. Put in jars and seal. |
