GREEN PEPPER PICKLES
 

1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 clove garlic
Green pepper for pint jar

Green peppers for 1 pint jar. Boil 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup water, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 clove garlic. Pour over peppers in a pint jar. Seal.
