PICKLED OKRA
 

1 qt. water
1/2 c. canning salt
1 c. 90 grain vinegar

Stuff okra in jars add 1 clove garlic, 1 cayenne pepper, and 1 head of dill. Fill with hot brine and seal. Place in cold water bath or 250 degree oven until hot and jars seal. This is also a good pickle recipe. Use cucumbers instead of okra.
