PICKLED OKRA
 

2 pods hot pepper
2 cloves
2 garlic buds
1 tsp. dill seed
1 qt. white vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. pickling sat

For 1 pint jar, place pepper, cloves, garlic and dill seed in jar and then fill jar with small okra. Mix remaining ingredients, bring to boil and pour over okra. Seal. Can be used in 6 weeks.
