1 lb. ground beef or turkey Salt and pepper to taste 2 1/2 to 3 c. flat noodles, uncooked 3 c. beef bouillon (3 cubes in 3 cups boiling water) 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. each flour and butter Saute beef, salt and pepper. Drain off fat. Add boiling bouillon to beef. Stir in uncooked noodles and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer 10 minutes until noodles are tender. Mix flour and butter together and slowly add to skillet, stirring to thicken. |
