PIEROGI LASAGNA
 

Makes 2 - 9x13 for 30 minutes baked at 350 degrees. 1 lb. butter 1 lb. Longhorn cheese, shredded 5 lbs. potatoes 5 med. onions, diced

Boil and mash potatoes. Add butter, NO MILK. Mix 1/2 of cheese into potatoes.

Cook noodles and drain. Saute the onions in butter until soft.

In 9x13 pan, layer in order: butter and onions, noodles, potatoes. Sprinkle on some cheese. Repeat layers, with each layer of noodles running the opposite way of the previous layer. Top layer should be butter and onions. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Again: Makes 2 - 9x13 glass dishes.
