1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 lb. macaroni 4 eggs, beat up 4 c. Mozzarella cheese (chunks) 2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk Brown beef and onion until tender. Cook macaroni until done, then drain. Mix all ingredients together and put in a large greased casserole. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6. |
