EASY MACARONI AND CHEESE
 

1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. or 2 c. uncooked Creamettes Elbow Macaroni, cooked as pkg. directs and drained
12 slices Borden Process American Cheese Food
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. Wyler's Chicken-Flavor Instant Bouillon or 2 Chicken-Flavor Bouillon
Cubes
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. milk

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut 10 slices cheese food into pieces. In medium saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour, bouillon and mustard. Gradually stir in milk; cook and stir until bouillon dissolves and mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat. Add cheese food pieces; stir until melted. Stir in macaroni. Turn into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly. Top with remaining cheese food slices. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers. (Makes 4 to 6 servings.)

Tip: Recipe can be doubled.
