EASY MACARONI & CHEESE
 

3 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 qt. milk
1/2 lb. white/yellow cheese

Melt butter in a baking dish; pour macaroni into melted butter. Stir until butter coats macaroni. Slice cheese, cut each slice in fourths. Add salt, pepper, cheese and cold milk to macaroni. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Do not stir while baking. When finished, it is golden brown and creamy.
