4 boneless chicken breasts 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. melted butter 1 c. crushed corn flakes Dry chicken breasts on paper towels, then rush with mayonnaise and cut into 1 inch strips, then roll each piece in flakes. Place in pan and drip butter over each piece. Bake just a few drops of butter on each piece. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. |
