SYLVIA'S BARBEQUE
 

10 lbs. boneless roast (whatever is on sale)
1 sm. can El Pato (red)
1 (#2) can Las Palmas red chili sauce
3 bay leaves

In a large pot brown meat. Add next 3 ingredients and cook slowly on stove 3 to 4 hours until meat shreds easily. Shred meat completely. Add salt and pepper to taste.
