MARTHA'S BEET JELLY
 

6 1/2 c. beet juice, strained
2 pkg. Sure-Gel
7 c. sugar
2 pkg. Kool-Aid, any flavor

Add Sure-Gel to juice and bring to a boil and add sugar, then boil 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add Kool-Aid and stir until dissolved. Put in jars and seal.
