12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
12 oz. butterscotch chips
1 1/3 c. peanut butter
1 bag sm. marshmallows
1 c. nuts or peanuts

Melt chips. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 9x12 inch pan. Cut into squares when cool and set.
