PEANUT BUTTER FINGERS BAR AND FROSTING
 

1 c. flour
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

GLAZE:

1/3 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. peanut butter
3-5 tsp. milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup. Level off.

In large bowl, combine all bar and frosting ingredients, except chocolate chips, at low speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into bottom of prepared pan. Bake 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes. Spread evenly.

In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients. Drizzle over chocolate frosting. Cool completely. Cut into bars. 36 bars.
