1/4 c. popcorn
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. grated coconut or nuts
Spread popped popcorn in 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Pour 1/2 the honey into small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 1 minute. Add peanut butter, cook on low for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in remaining honey.
Add a drop or 2 of oil if necessary to make a soft paste. Dot paste over popcorn. Mold into small packed balls, golf ball size, roll in coconut or ground nuts. Chill for 1 hour.
