1/4 c. Hershey cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1/3 c. hot water
2 qts. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine 1/4 cup Hershey's cocoa, sugar, salt and hot water in saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; boil 2 minutes. Add milk. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Beat with rotary beater until foamy.
