HOT APPLEJACK CIDER
 

2 gallon apple cider
3 tsp. ground allspice
1 fifth applejack
Optional: sliced orange

Put cider and allspice in a large saucepan. Heat until almost simmering. Do not bring to a boil. Add applejack shortly before serving and float orange slices on top if you like. Makes 48 servings.
