1 (46 oz.) can pineapple-grapefruit juice
1 qt. cranberry or cranapple juice
1 sm. bottle gingerale (not 2 liter)
Rainbow Sherbet

Mix approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour ahead of serving time. This helps melt sherbet. By pouring the gingerale directly onto the sherbet, it makes a pretty foam.
