WATERMELON SLUSH
 

6 c. watermelon, cut up and seeds removed
6 oz. can frozen fruit punch, thawed
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vodka
28 oz. bottle ginger ale

Put watermelon in blender; blend until smooth. In large non-metal container, combine watermelon puree, fruit punch concentrate, water and vodka. Cover; freeze overnight.

Before serving, let stand at room temperature 30-45 minutes to thaw slightly; stir occasionally. Spoon 1/2 cup slush into each serving glass; stir 1/4 cup ginger ale into each. 13 (3/4 cup) servings.
