1 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice1/4 c. sodium-free seltzer water
4 thin orange slices (opt.)

1. In a 2-quart pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, orange juice and lemon juice and set the pitcher aside.

2. Fill 4 (12 ounce) glasses with ice cubes, divide the fruit juice mixture among them, then top with the seltzer water. Stir briskly to mix and garnish, if you like, with the orange slices. Serves 4.
