PINEAPPLE-ORANGE SLUSH PUNCH
 

1 (6 oz.) frozen orange juice concentrate
3 cans water
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
2 c. sugar
3 c. water

Mix the orange juice concentrate, water, and pineapple juice together. Cook sugar and water for 5 minutes. Cool.

Add the 2 mixtures together and freeze in 5-quart ice cream bucket. Thaw slightly before serving (1 hour or more, depending on temperature of the day). Put in punch bowl and add 1 (2-liter) bottle ginger ale or 7-Up. Yields: approximately 5 quarts.
