APPLE MARTINI

2 oz. vodka
1 oz. apple schnapps or Calvados
1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced

Combine apple liqueur or Calvados with vodka in a cocktail shaker. Add crushed ice and shake well. Strain into a cold cocktail glass rimmed with sugar and lemon.

Garnish with an apple slice.
