3 fifths water
2 cups sugar
1 fifth 100 proof vodka or pure grain spirits
1 pint white Karo syrup

Boil together water and sugar. Cool. Add water and Karo syrup. Stir thoroughly. Pour into fifth bottles.

Add to each fifth: 1 1/2 oz. bottle Strega flavoring, 6 drops Anisette flavoring, 4 T banana liqueur
